1 Introduction & Scope of Services
Welcome to Holidaygeo Voyages Pvt Ltd (“Holidaygeo”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your access to our website, mobile platform, and booking services for flights, hotels, holiday packages, and related travel products.
By accessing our website or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and the applicable service-provider policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.
2 Eligibility & Account Security
- Users must be at least 18 years of age or supervised by a legal guardian.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and current passenger and contact details during booking.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Holidaygeo will never request passwords or payment OTPs via unofficial channels.
3 Booking & Transparent Pricing
- All bookings are subject to confirmation and seat/room availability by the relevant service provider.
- Full pricing breakdown—including base fare, applicable taxes, convenience fees, and mandatory surcharges—is shown transparently before payment.
- A payment receipt alone does not guarantee a booking; a booking is confirmed upon issuance of the official PNR, ticket, or confirmation voucher.
4 Flight, Hotel & Tour Travel Terms
- Flights: Subject to airline fare rules, baggage policies, schedule changes, and security guidelines. Passenger names must strictly match official travel identification.
- Hotels & Homestays: Check-in/check-out policies, occupancy limits, and property house rules are established by the respective accommodation.
- Holiday Packages: Only explicitly listed inclusions in your confirmation voucher are covered. Visas, travel insurance, and optional excursions remain customer responsibilities.
5 Cancellations & Refund Policy
• Cancellations: Requests can be submitted through your account dashboard or customer support. Supplier cancellation charges apply as per provider fare rules.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds (for eligible cancellations, airline-initiated cancellations, or failed transactions) are automatically credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• Failed Payments: If money is deducted without booking confirmation, our system verifies and initiates an immediate reversal.
6 Customer Responsibilities & Documentation
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid government IDs, passports, transit visas, and health clearance certificates required for travel. Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized scraping, or abusive conduct will result in immediate service suspension.
7 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Holidaygeo operates as an intermediary facilitator. While we take every effort to provide seamless bookings, we are not liable for supplier service deficiencies, weather disruptions, or unforeseen force majeure events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
